2. Custom & Personalized Products

• All items that include names, dates, logos, monograms, or custom designs are made-to-order.

• Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and details before confirming their order.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, including sales, promotions, or updates.

4. Processing & Production Time

​

• Production times vary depending on order volume and product type.

• Estimated processing times will be provided at purchase but may vary during peak seasons or unexpected delays.

5. Shipping & Delivery

​

• Vandylized Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

• Once the package is handed to the carrier, tracking information will be provided.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

• Vandylized Desings only ships to addresses within the United States or APOs.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

​

• Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can resolve the issue.

• Non-custom items may be eligible for return (see Return Policy for details).

7. Cancellations

​

• Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

• After production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

​

• All designs, product photos, logos, and artwork created by Vandylized Designs are the intellectual property of Vandylized Designs.

• Designs may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Customer-Provided Designs

• If you submit artwork or logos, you confirm you have the legal rights or permissions to use them.

• Vandylized Designs is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-submitted content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vandylized Designs is not liable for:

 

• Misuse of products

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Errors due to customer-provided spelling or design details

Our responsibility is limited to correcting issues caused by our workmanship.
