At Vandylized Designs, we take pride in crafting high-quality, personalized products made just for you. Because most of our items are custom-made, returns and exchanges work a little differently. Please review our policy below:

 

 

 Custom & Personalized Items

 

Because these products are made specifically to your order, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction matters to us! If there is a mistake on our end — such as a production error, wrong item, or defect — we will replace it at no cost to you.

 

 

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at vandylized.designs@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will quickly make it right.

 

 

 Non-Custom Items

 

Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

 

 Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
